The hotel is clean and has excellent facilities, including a lovely onsen and efficient bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, with some members speaking good English. The breakfast offers a good variety of items. The location is ideal, with easy access to both metro and JR stations, as well as being a short walk away from Shinjuku gyoen park.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Within a short walking distance, I had easy access to the subway station and an array of restaurants and shops. The hotel's proximity to the subway line made transportation around the city a breeze.
Nothing it was perfect.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was small but clean, with a comfortable bed and strong AC. The shower had great hot water pressure. The location was perfect, very close to the Shinjuku Gyoemmae metro station and within walking distance of everything in Shinjuku. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet at night. There were plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and a drug store nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and easy.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh towels and bottled water provided daily. The hotel facilities were modern and new, and I especially loved the onsen that opened up at 10pm. The location was perfect, situated in a lovely area near the vibrant Shinjuku neighborhood and within walking distance to the Shinjuku JR station. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
