I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being very near to the train station and really close to the subway. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities, especially the onsen/hot baths on the 14th floor, were a wonderful experience. the hotel is very safe and the rooms are comfortable.
