The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a few minutes away from Ueno Station. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right next to the JR Ueno. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were well-maintained. I was impressed by how new and fresh everything looked.- The hotel facilities were great, with amenities like bath salts and free bottled water provided. It was such a nice touch to have these extras during my stay.- The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests I had.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right next to the JR Ueno station, within 5 minutes walking distance. This makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and accessing various transportation options. the hotel has excellent facilities, including a spacious and clean bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast provided was just enough to start the day, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English.
