Reviews
I had the best stay at a hotel in this city! The rooms were incredibly spacious, even by European standards. Not to mention, they were very modern and well maintained. The cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional, with the rooms being impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the gym with its stunning view from the top floor. The sauna and jacuzzi on the top floor, with their glass walls overlooking the city, were absolutely mesmerizing. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to transportation, including the Mitsukoshimae metro line in the basement. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were quick, polite, and very professional. I can't wait to stay here again!
Can't fault this property in any way.
The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The facilities were top-notch, offering a beautiful spa and a gym with fresh towels and refreshing smoothies. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation, including a nearby metro station and JR station, making it convenient to explore the city and visit the imperial palace and Ginza district. Additionally, the staff was exceptional, providing personalized service and going above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
I had an exceptional stay for three nights. The hotel is beautifully appointed and conveniently located right next to a metro station. My spacious room offered great views of the skyline, including the Tokyo sky garden. The facilities in the room, such as the Bose speakers and beautiful kimono, added to the top-notch experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, even offering to post postcards for me and lending me gym wear. I enjoyed delicious meals at the Italian restaurant and had drinks in both the lounge bar and the bar with live jazz music. The service and food quality were great. The concierge service was superb, securing a reservation at a 3 Michelin star restaurant about a month before my stay. I also made use of the gym, which had fresh towels, smoothies on tap, and energy bars. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
Don't have any issues at all.
I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding, and the staff made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and elegant, with a gorgeous view of the city. The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved being close to the shops, especially the bakery downstairs where the reception staff helped me get an incredible cloud cake. the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious.
It was all superb.
