We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms always beautifully serviced. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the washer/dryer in the room that was so convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation. It was just a short walk from Gaienmae metro station to Omotesando station, and close to the vibrant Shibuya area. Plus, we loved having a supermarket and a convenience store right next to the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
