The hotel was very clean with new facilities. Close to shops, restaurants, and just across the bridge from the train station.
No complaints.
The hotel is conveniently located near Ueno Station, making it easy to access transportation options. It is also close to the metro, allowing for convenient exploration of the city. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the facilities, such as the free coffee and hot chocolate machine, add to the overall positive experience.
